About Annual General Meetings
Annual general meetings are held every year to approve the annual financial statements, appoint the Trustees and auditors for the ensuing year and discuss any other matters brought to the annual general meeting.
All members are invited to attend.
Thirty members of the Scheme present in person/virtually will form a quorum.
